Please ensure that you have placed the correct product into your cart before you complete an order. Please ensure that you have read the Designers TOU for products before making your purchase. Should you experience problems during the download process, please contact us. We are happy to help with this process and do have alternatives, if needed, to see that you do get your products. If you discover that a file shows as corupted, please attempt the download process once more. A server hiccup during download could have been the source. If you still find the product has problems, please contact us.
There is a no return or refund policy. If problems continue to occur during download due to customer server, we can offer kits on CD for a small additional charge
NOTE: Once you have downloaded your kits, please burn them onto a CD or external hard drive for safe keeping! We can not be responsible for lost kits due to customer computer malfunctions. Each customer will be allowed only ONE update to download links in the case of lost data due to computer crashes. Please check your account for possible unused downloads on kits before asking for an update! (Thanks)
Should we add products to store that would need to be shipped, these will be delivered via weight based USPS Priority Mail only. We will not ship products outside of the United States.
