DigiZines Studio sells products to the general public, in the form of Digital ScrapKits products.
All of our products are "downloadable products" and nothing is shipped to the customer unless the products are purchased with our CD/DVD burning service.
Each type of product has it's own special Terms of Use based upon the product type, as well as each designer has her own Terms of Use. Following are our "General Terms of Use". Please read the designers terms included within the download folder for each product purchased.
By purchasing a digital product here at DigiZines Studio you agree to these general Terms of Use and it's application to ALL products.

NOTE: NONE of our products, those purchased, or given as free gifts, may be stored on the Internet, via 4shared, Rapidshare, Yousendit, Medifire, Yahoo groups, or any other file storage website. This includes Google, MSN, EBay and the like. Purchasing the product gives ONLY YOU the right to USE the product. Doing so is considered PRIACY and is ILLEGAL! This also applies to any digital products featured or given as gifts on the DigiZines Studio Blog.

Downloads are available for 7 days from the date of purchase with 5 attempts for download and immediate access to the product download. DigiZines Studio can not be held responsible for the malfunction of your own computer or ISP function during download. We make every attempt to see that our products are valid, safe, and at file sizes of less than 30kb for dial-up customers. Once you have completed your downloads, please burn a copy of the zip file to a CD/DVD of your own for safe keeping. If you should experience a problem with any product, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. We will make every effort to remedy the problem if it is with our product. Downloads or products will not be reinstated or replaced beyond the 10 day period. We do not give refunds of any kind due to the nature of our products . . . being downloadable products.

- Use products in your "personal" scrapbooking layouts and projects
- Print products for use in traditional scrapbooking projects
- Make one copy of the zip file for back-up purpose but must keep all TOU and proprietary notices on this single back-up as well
- Use our products in layouts submitted for publication as long as proper credit is given to the designer of the product and our store as the site the product was purchased at
YOU MAY NOT . . .
- You may NOT provide a copy of any product, in part or whole, to anyone else. This means ANYONE. Friends, family, neighbors and the like.
- You may NOT use the contents of any product for commercial gain in any way unless the purchased product has a "Commercial Use TOU" included with it. This includes creating quick pages for sale in any form.
- You may NOT use the products in whole or in part for website templates, postcards, mugs, T-shirts, flash templates or other design media.
- You may NOT mass produce our products in any form for any reason without the express written permission of the designer.
- You may NOT use our products in manner that could be deemed as pornographic or obscene in nature.
- You may NOT make any of our products into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
