1. Is the “Club Offer” a monthly commitment club? – NO it is not.  We realize now that we probably should have used the word “Special” in place of the word “Club”, we just were not thinking at the time I guess lol.  Anyway, there is no monthly commitment to this special.  It’s just a nice special sale offer for our customers.
2. How long will this special run? - Originally it was going to run till the end of the year but with the changes to the DigiZines Studio store and us moving to Heritage Scrap as “exclusive” designers, the offer will end Aug. 31st.  We may however run it again in the future so stay tuned to our Blogs! 
3. Is this same type offer running at the Heritage Scraps store? – Well sort of lol.  Both Jean and I have similar type sales running all month long at Heritage Scrap for the birthday celebration over there.
4. Can I use thes special offers at either store? – NO.  DigiZines Studio is co-owned by Jean Daugherty Designs and DigiZines by Teri.  Heritage Scrap is owned by another lady named Kate.  Coupons and sales are seperate and can’t be used from one store to the other.
5. Can I use the Club Offer even tho I don’t find $30 or $40 worth of products I want?  – YES.  If you are going to order more than $10 or $15 worth of products then you should most deffinately take advantage of the Club Offer!  Why pay more!  Here is what I suggest doing . . . (1.) Pick the kits you want from the store and put them in your shopping cart.  You can view the cart and see how much your total order will be.  (2.) If your total is more than $10. use Check/Money Order as the payment type on the order and complete it just as if you would any other order.  (3.) Enter the store again and pick the Club Offer that is closest to your order total . . . if your order amount was under $30 then pick Club Offer 1, if total was over $32.00 then pick Club Offer 2 and purchase it.  Once we see the orders come thru we will release the kits order to you for downloading.
6. Do I need to pick my kits right after purchasing a Club Offer? - YES, please choose your kits within 24hrs of purchasing a Club Offer.  It’s much easier on us to keep our records straight and get your orders approved and released to you for downloading that way! (We thank you for this immensly lol).
7. What if I can’t get my kits all downloading within the time limit?  - No problem.  Just drop us a line letting us know and we can extend your download times.  We deffinately want you to be able to get all your kits.
